Medicines & pharmacy licensing

Medicines are sold in accordance with Pakistani law, including the Drugs Act 1976 and the DRAP Act 2012, which are administered by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). We deal only in medicines that are registered/approved for sale in Pakistan and are sourced from registered manufacturers and licensed distributors.
Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, verified by a qualified pharmacist before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse any sale that would be unsafe or unlawful.

Medical devices & equipment

Medical devices (such as blood-pressure monitors, thermometers, glucometers, nebulizers, wheelchairs and scales) are supplied as genuine products from their manufacturers or authorised distributors, with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Devices should be used according to their instructions for use.

Vitamins & food supplements

Vitamins and supplements are sold as food/nutritional supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose, and consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or managing a health condition.

Always read the product label and leaflet, and seek the advice of your doctor or pharmacist with any questions about a medical condition or medicine. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital.

Genuine products & anti-counterfeit stance

We are committed to supplying only genuine products with valid batch numbers and acceptable expiry dates. We do not sell counterfeit, smuggled, or improperly stored stock. If you ever suspect a product is not genuine, stop using it and contact us immediately for investigation, replacement or refund.

To report a suspected adverse reaction, quality concern or counterfeit product, contact us at support@azsurgimed.com. Serious safety concerns about a medicine can also be reported to DRAP's national pharmacovigilance programme. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for more.
