How long does delivery take?+
AZ SurgiMed delivers nationwide across Pakistan in 2–4 working days. You'll get a tracking update once your order is dispatched.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery is free on orders over Rs 2,000. Below that, a flat fee of Rs 199 applies. Cash on Delivery has no extra charge.
Can I return a product?+
Unopened, non-medicine items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines cannot be returned once dispatched.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
