We deliver genuine health products across Pakistan from a licensed pharmacy. Here are the key facts about delivery and returns.
How long does delivery take?+
Eligible Lahore orders are delivered in approximately 3 hours; delivery elsewhere in Pakistan usually takes 3–5 working days. You'll get a tracking update once your order is dispatched.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery charges are set per product for Lahore and outside Lahore. Multi-product orders use the highest applicable charge. Orders of Rs 5,000 or more receive free delivery only when every item is an eligible non-equipment or lightweight product.
Can I return a product?+
Unopened, non-medicine items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines cannot be returned once dispatched.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
