- 4. Dispatch. Your order ships once approved, with COD or online payment.

Do I need a prescription to order prescription medicines?+
Yes. Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription from a registered doctor. You upload it at checkout, and our pharmacist verifies it before your order is dispatched.
How do I upload my prescription?+
During checkout, items marked 'prescription required' prompt you to upload a photo or PDF of your prescription. You can also share it with our team on WhatsApp after ordering.
Is my prescription kept confidential?+
Yes. Prescriptions are stored securely and used only to verify and dispatch your order, in line with our privacy policy.
Which medicines need a prescription?+
Antibiotics, controlled medicines and other prescription-only medicines (POMs) require a prescription. Over-the-counter products like paracetamol, supplements and devices do not.
