Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains what can be returned, how to request a return, and how refunds work. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and shipping information.
The 7-day return window
Eligible non-medicine items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original, sealed packaging with all accessories.
What cannot be returned
- Medicines and prescription items — cannot be returned once dispatched, for patient-safety and regulatory reasons.
- Opened or used personal-care, baby, hygiene or consumable products (for example sanitizers, wipes, ORS, opened supplements).
- Items returned after 7 days, or without original packaging.
Damaged, wrong or expired items
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or with a short/expired date, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including delivery) — this applies to medicines too.
How to request a return
Email support@azsurgimed.com or WhatsApp +92 310 4513367 with your order number and the reason. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions. Please do not send items back without confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process approved refunds within 5–7 working days. Card and wallet payments are refunded to the original method; Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) to details you provide.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched at no charge — contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled, but you may decline a Cash-on-Delivery order at the door.
