You must be 18 or older (or order under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and provide accurate delivery and contact details. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change. We try to keep product information, images and stock accurate, but occasional errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel, and refund any payment for a cancelled item.

Certain medicines can be sold only against a valid prescription from a registered doctor. For these items you must upload a genuine, valid prescription at checkout. A qualified pharmacist reviews it before dispatch, and we may contact you or your prescriber to confirm. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a valid prescription is not provided or where sale would be unsafe or unlawful.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm and dispatch your order. We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer and card. For online payments, the order is confirmed only once payment is verified by the gateway. Order totals are calculated and confirmed by us server-side.

We deliver across Pakistan, typically in 2–4 working days. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 2,000; otherwise a flat fee of Rs 199 applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. See delivery areas for city-level times.

For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines and prescription items cannot be returned once dispatched. Eligible non-medicine items can be returned within 7 days. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
