Omega-3 fish oil is a dietary supplement providing EPA and DHA fatty acids, which most diets in Pakistan supply in small amounts. It is commonly taken as general nutritional support. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and does not treat any disease.

With a meal. Taking it alongside food improves absorption and reduces the fishy aftertaste and burping that some people notice when taking it on an empty stomach.

Anyone taking a blood thinner such as warfarin or aspirin, anyone due for surgery, and anyone who is pregnant or has a seafood allergy. Fish oil can increase bleeding risk at higher doses.

In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap closed. Do not use them past the expiry date on the pack — oxidised fish oil smells strongly rancid.
