It contains a wrap-around surgical gown with rear ties, a tie-back surgical cap and a reusable pleated face mask, all in a breathable poly-cotton surgical-green fabric that withstands repeated laundering and autoclaving up to 134°C. The gown has elasticated cuffs and a chest pocket. Designed for surgeons, anaesthetists and OT staff. Machine washable, colourfast, and available in sizes M, L, XL and XXL.

How to measure
- Chest or bust
- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and level across the back. Keep the tape snug but not tight and breathe normally.
- Waist
- Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point, roughly level with your navel. This is where a scrub trouser drawstring sits.
- Hip
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together.
- Inseam
- Measure from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to where you want the hem to fall, wearing the shoes you work in.
Fit questions
- Do medical scrubs shrink after washing?
- A poly-viscose blend is dimensionally stable — expect under 2% shrinkage when washed at 40°C and line-dried. Avoid hot tumble drying, which is what causes noticeable shrinkage.
- Should I size up in scrubs?
- Only if you are between two rows or layer a thermal underneath. Four-way-stretch fabric already allows full arm and squat movement at your true body size.
- How do women's sizes compare with unisex scrub sizes?
- Unisex sets follow the men's block, so most women take one size down: a 36 in bust takes unisex S. For a shaped waist and jogger leg, choose the women's cut instead.
