The medical-grade foam is covered in a soft, breathable stockinette that is kind to the skin, with an adjustable hook-and-loop closure for a secure, custom fit. Wearing it rests the neck muscles and reduces pain during flare-ups; it is intended for short-term or intermittent use as advised, as prolonged use can weaken neck muscles.
