What is Strepsils Honey & Lemon Lozenges?
Strepsils Honey & Lemon lozenges contain antiseptic agents (amylmetacresol and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol) that help fight the bacteria which can cause sore throats and minor mouth and throat infections, while the honey-and-lemon base soothes irritation. They ease throat pain, discomfort and the early symptoms of colds. Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2–3 hours as needed, up to the daily limit on the pack. An over-the-counter remedy for adults and children over 6; see a doctor if a sore throat lasts more than a few days or is severe.
