What is Ventolin Evohaler 100 mcg (Salbutamol Inhaler)?

Ventolin Evohaler contains salbutamol (albuterol) 100 mcg per actuation, a fast-acting bronchodilator ('reliever'). It relaxes the muscles around the airways to quickly ease asthma symptoms — wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness and cough — and can be used before exercise to prevent exercise-induced symptoms. Relief typically begins within a few minutes and lasts 4–6 hours. The usual adult dose is 1–2 puffs when needed; follow your doctor's instructions. One inhaler provides 200 metered doses. Prescription-only (POM): a valid doctor's prescription must be uploaded at checkout and is verified by our pharmacist before dispatch.
