TB (Tuberculosis) Antibody Rapid Test Kit

This tuberculosis rapid cassette detects antibodies to Mycobacterium tuberculosis in whole blood, serum or plasma, giving an indicative result in around 15 minutes. It offers a quick, low-cost screening aid where laboratory access is limited. Antibody-based TB tests cannot distinguish active from latent or past infection and are not a substitute for diagnosis: active tuberculosis is confirmed with sputum GeneXpert/AFB smear, chest X-ray and clinical evaluation, and treatment is a supervised multi-drug course. Use this test only as an initial screen and consult a doctor for any suspected TB. Kit contains one cassette, buffer, dropper and instructions. Store at 4–30°C.
