Typhoid IgG/IgM Rapid Test Kit

This typhoid rapid cassette screens for IgM and IgG antibodies against Salmonella typhi, the cause of typhoid (enteric) fever, using a small whole-blood, serum or plasma sample. IgM lines suggest recent/acute infection while IgG suggests earlier exposure; results are read at about 15 minutes. It is a faster, simpler alternative to the traditional Widal test for point-of-care screening, with high agreement to culture-confirmed cases. The kit contains one cassette, buffer, a dropper and instructions. Blood culture remains the confirmatory standard; start antibiotics only on a doctor's advice. Store at 4–30°C.
